• Gold kiwis are said to contain more vitamin C than oranges and as much potassium as bananas. They contain fiber to regulate the digestive tract, and vitamin E, vitamin A to maintain healthy organ functioning, vitamin K to assist in faster wound healing, and other nutrients, including magnesium, folate, and calcium.

Storage:

• To ripen the fruit, leave at room temperature in a loose bag for 2-3 days. Once the kiwi is ripe and gives to the touch, it should be refrigerated until ready for use.
